Rail Vikas Nigam receives demand notice for FY 2021-22

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) announced today, December 24, 2025, that it has received a Demand Notice (DRC-07) from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner Range-2, Division-1, Ahmedabad, Gujarat state. The notice, dated December 23, 2025, pertains to the financial year 2021-22 and seeks a total demand of INR 5.56 crore.

The company stated that these orders are challengeable, and necessary appeals are being filed with the appropriate jurisdictional appellate authorities. RVNL also clarified that there is no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities due to these orders.

The demand notice was received pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has formally recorded the receipt of this notice with both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
