Perfect Communications increases stake in Gateway Distriparks

Perfect Communications Private Limited, a promoter of Gateway Distriparks Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of 1,042,273 equity shares of Gateway Distriparks. These shares were acquired through open market purchases between December 22 and December 24, 2025. This transaction increases Perfect Communications' total shareholding in Gateway Distriparks from 15,732,340 to 16,774,613 shares.

The acquisition represents a 0.21% increase in voting rights, bringing Perfect Communications' total voting capital in Gateway Distriparks to 3.36%. The total equity share capital of Gateway Distriparks before and after the acquisition remains 499,643,836 shares, with a share capital of Rs. 4,996,438,360.
