Paramount Communications director increases stake

Sanjay Aggarwal, whole time director and promoter of Paramount Communications Limited, along with persons acting in concert (PACs), acquired 28,000 equity shares of the company on December 23, 2025. This open market purchase was made via the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at a value of INR 995,122.8.

Prior to the acquisition, Aggarwal and PACs held 14,96,83,181 shares, representing 49.04% of the total voting capital. Following the acquisition, their total holding increased to 14,97,11,181 shares, bringing their stake to 49.05% of the company's equity share capital. The company's equity share capital stands at 30,52,09,814 shares with a face value of INR 2/- each.
