Omaxe project "Omaxe Eternity -2 Phase 1" secures key RERA registration

Omaxe Limited has secured a Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Registration Certificate for "Omaxe Eternity -2 Phase 1," a residential plotted and built-up project in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The registration, UPRERAPRJ141620/12/2025, was issued by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

The approval, received by December 24, 2025, is valid until May 7, 2030, unless extended. This certification confirms the project's compliance with regulations, enhancing its credibility and fostering trust with buyers through guaranteed transparency and legal protection. The project, launched on December 26, 2025, caters to both domestic and international markets.

This RERA registration is crucial as it enables Omaxe Limited to market, sell, and transfer units within the project. The company anticipates this regulatory milestone will significantly boost the project's brand value and contribute positively to its consolidated financial performance. The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
