MPS reappoints director, moves office, seeks shareholder approval

MPS Limited's board of directors, on December 24, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Suhas Khullar (DIN: 07593659) as an independent non-executive director for a second five-year term, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. Khullar, a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience, has been instrumental in strengthening the audit committee and contributing to the company's financial oversight and governance practices.

The board also approved the shifting of the company’s registered office from its current address at RR Towers IV, Super A, 16/17, Thiru-Vi-Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600032, to Block-B6, 3rd Floor, Gateway Office Parks, No. 16, G.S.T. Road, Perungalathur, Chennai, Tambaram, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu - 600063. This change is effective from April 1, 2026.

Both the re-appointment and the registered office relocation are subject to the approval of the company's shareholders through a postal ballot. The board also appointed R Sridharan of M/s. R. Sridharan & Associates to act as scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process.
