Lodha challenges RERA order on G Corp Homes compliance

Lodha Developers Limited, formerly Macrotech Developers Limited, has announced its intention to challenge an order from the Karnataka Real Estate Appellate Tribunal related to its subsidiary, G Corp Homes Private Limited. The order directs Karnataka RERA to seek further compliance from G Corp.

Lodha acquired a 100% stake in G Corp Homes in June 2022 to develop remaining phases of a project in Bengaluru, launching them after obtaining all necessary approvals, including RERA. RERA authorities previously upheld G Corp's compliances and dismissed a complaint against the company. Lodha is confident of securing suitable remedies.
