KFin Technologies to announce Q3 FY26 financials on February 13

KFin Technologies Limited will convene a board of directors meeting on Friday, February 13, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

The announcement, dated December 24, 2025, was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the upcoming results, the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchanges where the company's equity shares are listed.
