Kansai Nerolac Paints board to meet in February for Q3 results

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Kansai Nerolac Paints will be closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, until Thursday, February 5, 2026, inclusive. This closure applies to designated persons and their immediate relatives to prevent insider trading.

General investors will still be able to trade company shares during this period. The company is implementing measures to freeze PANs at the security level for those impacted by the trading window closure.
