ICICI Prudential board to review December quarter, nine-month financial results

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements and financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, until January 15, 2026, inclusive of both days.
