Gallantt Ispat Update: Family Gift Completes Stake Consolidation

Ashutosh Agrawal, a promoter group shareholder of Gallantt Ispat Limited, has transferred 8,604,248 equity shares to Santosh Kumar Agrawal, an immediate relative and fellow promoter group shareholder. This gift transaction, which took place on December 22, 2025, is intended to streamline the Agrawal family's assets.

Prior to the transaction, Ashutosh Agrawal held 8,604,248 shares, representing 3.566% of the total share capital. Post-transaction, Ashutosh Agrawal's direct holding becomes zero. Santosh Kumar Agrawal's holding increases by 8,604,248 shares, moving from 297,535 shares (0.123%) to 8,901,783 shares (3.689%).

The overall shareholding of the promoter group, including all persons acting in concert (PACs), remains unchanged at 168,492,676 equity shares, representing 69.833% of the company's total equity share capital of 241,280,945 equity shares. This internal adjustment within the promoter group does not alter the total promoter group ownership.
