G R Infraprojects completes Gujarat highway project

G R Infraprojects Limited (GRIL) informed the stock exchanges on December 24, 2025, about the provisional completion of its "Upgradation to Four Lane with paved Shoulder of NH-341 from Bhimasar, Junction of NH-41 to Anjar – Bhuj upto Airport Junction, Km. 0.000 to Km. 65.478 in the State of Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity Mode." This project, executed by GR Bhimasar Bhuj Highway Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has an approved bid project cost of INR 1085.00 Cr.

The provisional completion certificate was issued by the independent engineer on December 24, 2025. The project has been declared fit for entry into commercial operation with effect from September 24, 2025, marking a successful phase for the company's infrastructure development in Gujarat.
