CMS Info Systems closes trading window for insiders

CMS Info Systems Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The decision precedes the approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company declares and disseminates its unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges. This measure aims to prevent insider trading activities before the public release of key financial information.

The announcement was made by debashis dey, company secretary & compliance officer, on December 24, 2025. The company's securities are listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
