Century Plyboards shareholders approve independent director Nilima Joshi

Century Plyboards (India) Limited has reported the results of its remote e-voting for resolutions outlined in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 12, 2025. The total number of members as of the cut-off date, November 14, 2025, for reckoning voting rights was 53,609. The e-voting period ran from November 24, 2025, to December 23, 2025.

The special resolution regarding the appointment of Ms. Nilima Joshi as an independent director for a five-year term, effective October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030, was overwhelmingly approved. A total of 205,759,239 equity shares were cast by 412 members through e-voting.

Of the total votes polled, 203,557,371 votes (98.9299%) were cast in favor of the resolution, while 2,201,868 votes (1.0701%) were cast against it. The resolution passed with the requisite majority.
