Cemindia Projects to vote on auditor change, name ratification

Cemindia Projects Limited (formerly ITD Cementation India Limited) has issued a Postal Ballot Notice to its members for resolutions concerning statutory auditors and a name change. The company proposes to appoint Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy, effective November 5, 2025, until the conclusion of the 48th Annual General Meeting in 2026.
