Borosil appoints Bhaunik Shah as interim company secretary and compliance officer

Borosil Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Bhaunik Shah as the company secretary and compliance officer (in an interim capacity), effective December 24, 2025. Mr. Shah will also serve as a key managerial personnel (KMP) and part of the senior management personnel. His appointment was recommended by the nomination and remuneration committee and approved by the board of directors.

Mr. Shah is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a commerce graduate, and holds a law degree from Mumbai University. He brings approximately 16 years of experience in company secretarial, regulatory compliances, and corporate governance functions, having been associated with Borosil Limited since April 2024.

Additionally, Borosil has authorized Mr. Bhaunik Shah as one of the KMPs responsible for determining the materiality of events and information, and making disclosures to stock exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. Other authorized personnel for these disclosures include Mr. Shreevar Kheruka (managing director & CEO), Mr. Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary (whole-time director), and Mr. Anand Sultania (chief financial officer).
