Aerpace Industries expands ESOP pool, appoints new directors

Aerpace Industries Limited (formerly Supremex Shine Steels Limited) conducted its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting saw the appointment of Prakash Gaur as a non-executive director and Darshana Avadhoot Sawant as a non-executive independent director.

A major resolution passed included the approval for amendments to the company's Employees Stock Option Plan and an increase in the ESOP pool from 7,000,000 to 14,500,000 options. Additionally, shareholders approved material related party transaction limits with Aerpace Robotics Private Limited.

The EOGM, chaired by Prem Singh Rawat, concluded with a vote of thanks. Milan Shah, managing director, confirmed these developments.
