Aditya Birla Capital allots new equity shares

Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) has announced the allotment of 120,054 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, on December 24, 2025. This allotment includes 5,560 equity shares under the ABCL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 and 114,494 equity shares under the ABCL Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. These newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.

Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹26,17,14,50,820 to ₹26,17,26,51,360. This represents an increase from 2,61,71,45,082 to 2,61,72,65,136 equity shares. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment.
