360 ONE WAM establishes new global subsidiary in GIFT City

360 ONE WAM Limited announced the incorporation of a new step-down wholly owned subsidiary, 360 ONE Global Asset Management (IFSC) Limited, on December 23, 2025. This entity, a wholly owned subsidiary of 360 ONE Asset Management Limited (AMC), will conduct portfolio and investment management business in the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City).

The newly formed subsidiary is yet to commence business operations. It was incorporated directly by AMC, not acquired from a third party, and did not involve any related party transactions.

360 ONE Global Asset Management (IFSC) Limited will seek necessary regulatory approvals from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to conduct its investment management business. This move aligns with 360 ONE WAM Limited's main line of business.
