Yogakshem Sansthan donates 6m Patanjali Foods shares

Yogakshem Sansthan, a promoter group entity of Patanjali Foods Limited, has reported a donation of 6,000,000 shares of Patanjali Foods. This transaction, dated December 19, 2025, constitutes 0.55% of the total share/voting capital and 0.55% of the total diluted share/voting capital of the company.

Prior to the disposal, Yogakshem Sansthan held 74,85,84,690 shares, representing 68.81% of the total voting capital. Following the donation, the entity's holding has decreased to 74,25,84,690 shares, bringing its stake to 68.26% of the total voting capital.

The total equity share capital of Patanjali Foods before and after the donation remains 108,78,28,245 shares, with a face value of ₹2 per equity share. The disclosure was filed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
