Thomas Cook (India) sees independent directors complete tenures

Thomas Cook (India) Limited announced the cessation of Nilesh Shivji Vikamsey and Sunil Behari Mathur as independent directors, effective from the close of business hours on December 22, 2025. Both directors completed their respective second terms of five consecutive years.

The company's board of directors and management formally acknowledged and appreciated the valuable contributions and guidance provided by both Mr. Vikamsey and Mr. Mathur during their tenure. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
