SRM Contractors consolidates leadership, transfers CEO duties to managing director

SRM Contractors Limited's Board of Directors decided on December 23, 2025, to transfer all duties and authorities previously held by the chief executive officer to the managing director, Puneet Pal Singh. This move places full responsibility for the company's strategic and operational management, as well as the execution of all current and future projects, under Singh's direct guidance.

The company stated that this transition aims to streamline operations and ensure the successful completion of ongoing initiatives and its expansion plans both in India and internationally. This change was communicated to stakeholders in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
