RPP Infra Projects wins significant contract at New Mangalore Port Authority

RPP Infra Projects Ltd. announced the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation Limited (IPRCL), a Government of India enterprise. The contract is for the "Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Roofing Shed to the Railway Lines in the Marshalling Yard at New Mangalore Port Authority, Mangalore."

The total accepted contract value stands at INR 66,25,85,000. The project is slated for completion within a period of six months from the date of commencement. The company received the signed LoA on December 23, 2025.

In accordance with the contract, RPP Infra Projects is required to furnish a Performance Security equivalent to 5% of the accepted contract amount, totaling INR 3,31,29,250 within 28 days of the LoA's issue. This security must remain valid for six months plus 28 days plus a 12-month defect notification period.
