Persistent Systems Limited has announced that all necessary customary closing conditions have been met for the transfer of 100% shareholding in Aepona Group Limited, Ireland. The shares were transferred from Persistent Systems Inc., USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to Persistent Systems Limited, India, effective December 23, 2025.

This development means that Aepona Group Limited, Ireland, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Persistent Systems Limited, India, as of December 23, 2025. The update follows a previous intimation dated December 6, 2025, and adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, alongside relevant SEBI circulars.
