Paramount Communications director boosts stake with open market share purchase

Paramount Communications Limited announced that Sanjay Aggarwal, whole time director and promoter, acquired 28,000 equity shares of the company on December 22, 2025, via an open market purchase on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). This transaction was valued at INR 992,317.2.

Prior to the acquisition, Aggarwal and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) held 49.03% of the total voting capital. Following the acquisition, their combined holding increased to 49.04% of the equity and voting capital. The company’s total equity share capital remains at 30,52,09,814 shares, with a face value of INR 2/- per share.
