NBCC director resigns, appointed chairman and managing director of RVNL

Shri Saleem Ahmad has ceased to be the director (projects) at NBCC (India) Limited, effective December 23, 2025. This change follows his appointment as chairman and managing director of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL).

Shri Ahmad was officially relieved from his duties at NBCC (India) Limited on the same date. The company confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his cessation of directorship besides this new appointment.

The announcement was made public by Deepti Gambhir, company secretary. This leadership transition marks a notable development for both NBCC (India) Limited and Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd.
