Megasoft appoints Cheemarla Damodar Reddy as additional director

Megasoft Limited has announced the appointment of Cheemarla Damodar Reddy (DIN: 01643638) as an additional director (non-executive, non-independent), effective December 22, 2025. This decision, made via a circular resolution by the board of directors on December 22, 2025, follows a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Mr. Reddy will hold office until the next general meeting or for a period of three months from his appointment date, whichever comes first.

Mr. Reddy brings over 37 years of distinguished experience in electronics and communication, including more than three decades as an entrepreneur and founder director of Sigma Advanced Systems. His expertise spans technical project management, strategic business development, and organizational leadership within the Indian defence and aerospace ecosystem. He previously played a pivotal role in transferring advanced technologies in embedded systems and data acquisition systems in the United States and Canada.

Megasoft confirmed that Mr. Cheemarla Damodar Reddy is not debarred from holding a directorship by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India and is not related to any other directors of the company.
