Manaksia Coated Metals promoter group member increases stake

Sumitra Devi Agarwalla, a member of the promoter group of Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited, has increased her stake in the company through an inter-se transfer of shares as a gift from relatives. This acquisition involved 2,020,827 fully paid-up equity shares, representing 1.91% of the total equity and voting share capital of the company. The shares were acquired on December 18 and 19, 2025.

Prior to this transaction, Sumitra Devi Agarwalla held no shares. Following the acquisition, her holding stands at 2,020,827 shares, equating to 1.91% of the company's total equity. The total promoter's holding has consequently increased from 56.17% to 58.08%, with 60,808,767 shares.

The total equity share capital of Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited remains at INR 10,58,34,050, comprising 10,58,34,050 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, even after considering an allotment of 4,972,500 equity shares on June 25, 2025. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
