L&T Technology Services to announce Q3 FY26 results in January

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, January 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also include a review of the limited review reports.

In compliance with insider trading regulations, the trading window for L&T Technology Services securities will close from Thursday, January 1, 2026, and remain closed until Saturday, January 17, 2026, inclusive.
