Info Edge subsidiary invests 46.81 crores in Unbox Robotics

Info Edge (India) Ltd. announced on December 23, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redstart Labs (India) Ltd., has agreed to invest approximately INR 46.81 crores in Unboxrobotics Labs Private Limited. This investment will increase Redstart's aggregate shareholding in Unbox Robotics to 9.29% on a fully converted and diluted basis. Unbox Robotics is an existing investee company where Redstart currently holds a 5.49% stake.

Unbox Robotics, incorporated on May 20, 2019, operates in the logistics and warehouse automation sector, specializing in software-defined robotics systems, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), and conveyor-based solutions. The company designs, manufactures, trades, and builds intellectual properties through research and development and technology innovation. The investment aligns with Info Edge's strategy to make external financial investments focused on long-term value creation.

Financially, Unbox Robotics reported a turnover of INR 13.51 crores and a loss of INR 18.68 crores as of March 31, 2025, with a net worth of INR 45.26 crores. The transaction involves acquiring 1,927 securities through a mix of primary and secondary acquisitions and is expected to be completed within two months.
