ICICI Prudential allots shares under employee schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has allotted a total of 161,107 equity shares on December 23, 2025. This allotment comprises 141,920 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, under the ‘ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005)’.

Additionally, 19,187 equity shares, also with a face value of ₹10 each, were allotted under the ‘ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023)’. Both allotments were executed at 11:50 a.m. IST on the stated date.

The announcement was communicated to the General Manager of the Listing Department at BSE Limited and the Vice President of the Listing Department at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by company secretary Priya Nair.
