The postal ballot notice initiates an e-voting period from December 23, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., concluding on January 21, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Voting rights are based on member records as of December 19, 2025. Shareholders will receive the notice electronically, with hard copies not being dispatched. The company has engaged National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to facilitate the e-voting process.

The results of the postal ballot are scheduled to be declared by the chairman on or before Friday, January 23, 2026.
