Go Fashion closes trading window ahead of Q3 and year-to-date results

Go Fashion (India) Limited has informed exchanges that its trading window will be closed for designated persons from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and year to date ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.

The company stated that the date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately in due course. This measure is implemented to regulate, monitor, and report trading activities by designated persons.
