Dr. Reddy's to announce Q3 results, trading window to close

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company will disseminate this information to the National Stock Exchange of India, BSE Limited, New York Stock Exchange Inc., and NSE IFSC Ltd.

In conjunction with the upcoming results, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories also informed that its trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from December 25, 2025, through January 23, 2026, inclusive. This closure aligns with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
