Dalmia Bharat allots new equity shares after stock option exercise

Dalmia Bharat Limited today, December 23, 2025, allotted 792 equity shares, each valued at INR 2, to an option grantee. This allotment was made upon the exercise of stock options under the DBL Stock Option Plan 2018.

As a result of this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up share capital has increased. It now stands at INR 37,51,31,906, comprising 18,75,65,953 equity shares of INR 2 each. Previously, the share capital was INR 37,51,30,322, made up of 18,75,65,161 equity shares of INR 2 each.
