CM Airtime Promotion LLP increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP, identified as part of the promoter group, acquired an additional 43,047 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited on December 19, 2025. This transaction, executed via an open market purchase, has raised CM Airtime Promotion LLP's total aggregate shareholding to 1,205,924 equity shares.

Before this acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion LLP held 1,162,877 shares, representing 0.290% of Chambal Fertilisers' total share/voting capital. The latest purchase increased their stake to 0.301% of the total share/voting capital, reflecting a 0.011% change. The total equity share capital of Chambal Fertilisers before and after the acquisition remained at 400,652,297 shares, valued at Rs. 4,00,65,22,970.
