CAMS board to meet for financial results, interim dividend discussion

Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) announced its board of directors is scheduled to convene on Thursday, January 22, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The board will also take on record the Limited Review Reports from the auditors regarding these results.

In addition to the financial review, the board will also discuss the payment of an interim dividend. Should an interim dividend be approved, the record date for determining eligible shareholders will be January 30, 2026.

Furthermore, CAMS informed that the trading window for connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives/insiders of the company will be closed from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
