BASF India board to meet for Q3 results

BASF India Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 12:30 PM. The meeting, to be held at Godrej One, Vikhroli, Mumbai, and via audio-visual means, will primarily focus on considering and approving the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 29(1)(a) & (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Following board approval, the unaudited financial results will be disseminated as per Regulations 33(3)(a) & (b) and 47 of the same regulations.
