Angel One Limited has been awarded the ISO 22301:2019 Certification for its business continuity management system (BCMS). The certification was issued by Intertek Certification Limited on December 22, 2025, underscoring the company's commitment to robust operational continuity.

This certification is valid for a three-year period, from December 19, 2025, to December 18, 2028. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
