V.I.P. industries names new chief marketing officer

V.I.P. Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Sameer Wanchoo as the new chief marketing officer, effective December 22, 2025. This decision was made by the company's board of directors. Mr. Wanchoo will also be part of the senior management team, serving in a full-time employment capacity.

Mr. Wanchoo brings a wealth of experience, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. His previous role was as chief marketing officer at Eureka Forbes Limited, where he was instrumental in launching new technologies, co-creating product designs, re-staging brands, and enhancing consumer experience across E-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.

Prior to his tenure at Eureka Forbes, Mr. Wanchoo was associated with CavinKare Limited and Dabur India Limited. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
