TTK Prestige board to meet for Q3 earnings

TTK Prestige Limited will convene a board of directors meeting on January 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In anticipation of the board meeting, the trading window for dealing in company shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, through January 31, 2026, inclusive of both dates, as per the company's Code of Conduct framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
