Tata Consumer Products announces trading window closure

Tata Consumer Products Limited announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective Thursday, December 25, 2025. This closure aligns with the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and precedes the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2025.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared to the Stock Exchanges. The date for the board meeting, where these results will be finalized, is yet to be announced and will be communicated in due course.
