Supreme Petrochem disputes unsolicited ESG rating from CFC Finlease

Supreme Petrochem Limited (SPL) disclosed on December 22, 2025, that CFC Finlease Private Limited independently assigned an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Rating of '60' to the company. SPL explicitly stated that it has not agreed to this rating in any manner.

The company clarified that it did not engage CFC Finlease Private Limited to obtain this ESG Rating. The rating was assigned independently by CFC Finlease based solely on publicly available information related to Supreme Petrochem.

This disclosure was made to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
