Sunita Tools signs MOU for middle east M107 defense order

Mumbai, December 22, 2025 – Sunita Tools Limited has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a Middle East-based company. This collaboration aims to facilitate the execution of formalities for an upcoming M107 defense order.

The partner company will assist Sunita Tools Limited with government liaison, documentation, regulatory approvals, coordination with local authorities, payment procedures, and other execution-related formalities in the Middle East. In exchange, the partner will receive a mutually agreed percentage-based commercial share from the finalized order. This initiative is expected to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen Sunita Tools Limited’s presence in the Middle East and North African markets.

This strategic cooperation aligns with Sunita Tools Limited's long-term goal of expanding its international defense and aerospace business through local partnerships. The company, with over 36 years of experience, specializes in manufacturing Ground Plates, Mould Bases, and Precision CNC Machining, serving various sectors including aerospace and defense.
