State Trading Corporation to hold 69th annual general meeting virtually in 2026

The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC) has pre-intimated its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 3:30 PM. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facilities, foregoing a physical gathering of members. This announcement follows various circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

The company will distribute the Notice of the 69th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with login details for the virtual meeting, exclusively via email to registered members. These documents will also be accessible on the company's website (www.stclimited.co.in), the Bombay Stock Exchange (www.bseindia.com), the National Stock Exchange (www.nseindia.com), and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (www.evotingindia.com) websites.

STC will provide remote e-voting facilities, both prior to and during the AGM, enabling members to cast their votes on all resolutions.
