SRM Contractors CEO resigns citing personal reasons

Mr. Rupesh Kumar has resigned from his position as chief executive officer of SRM Contractors Limited, citing personal reasons. His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on December 22, 2025. The company confirmed this development in an intimation to the stock exchanges.

The announcement was made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Arun Mathur, company secretary and compliance officer, formally communicated the resignation to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
