Monarch Infrapark Private Limited, identified as part of the promoter group, acquired an additional 25,000 shares of Monarch Networth Capital Ltd on December 18, 2025. This open market transaction represents a 0.03% increase in the total share and voting capital.

Prior to this acquisition, Monarch Infrapark Private Limited held 4,337,915 shares, representing 5.47% of Monarch Networth Capital’s total share and voting capital. Following the acquisition, the total holding has increased to 4,362,915 shares, now constituting 5.50% of the company's equity.
