JSW Steel board to meet on Q3 earnings

JSW Steel Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on Friday, January 23, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months concluded on December 31, 2025.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from January 1, 2026, to January 25, 2026, both days inclusive. This measure ensures fairness and prevents insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
