Jagran Prakashan provides update on NCLT cases

Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL) has provided an update on the ongoing National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) proceedings in two cases: C.P. No. 64 of 2023 ("Mahendra Mohan Gupta and Ors. v. Devendra Mohan Gupta and Ors.") and C.P. No. 57 of 2025 ("Shailendra Mohan Gupta and Ors. v. Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited and Ors."). These updates were disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, following previous disclosures on December 9, 2025. Both matters were listed before the NCLT, Allahabad, on December 18, 2025.

In C.P. No. 64 of 2023, the senior counsel for respondent no. 12 began final submissions. Further hearings for this case have been adjourned to February 3, 2026, February 4, 2026, and February 9, 2026, with a final hearing scheduled for February 11, 2026. For C.P. No. 57 of 2025, the NCLT granted petitioners three weeks to file rejoinders to respondents' replies, with the next hearing set for February 3, 2026.
