ICICI Bank board to meet for Q3, nine-month financial results

ICICI Bank will convene a board of directors meeting on Saturday, January 17, 2026, to consider and approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. This announcement was made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In anticipation of the board meeting and in adherence to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and ICICI Bank's internal code, the trading window for dealing in the bank's securities will be closed for all designated persons, including directors and their immediate relatives.

The trading window will remain closed from January 1, 2026, to January 19, 2026, inclusive of both dates.
