Gujarat State Petronet to review Q3 financials in January

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL) has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for January 22, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This intimation was made public on December 22, 2025.

In conjunction with the financial review, GSPL has declared a closure of its trading window. The trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed from January 1, 2026, to January 24, 2026. This measure is implemented as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
